Romio
Romio Prosecco Extra Dry
Staff Favorite: Love is in the air, with Valentine's Day right around the corner and we have found the perfect treat for those ballin' on a budget -- ROMIO Prosecco.. this delectable prosecco is a winner in our book! The Romio is light, easy, slightly sweeter then typical Prosecco (dry, demi-sec) with a light straw yellow color and palate full of citrus, peach, brioche, apricot. We find this prosecco to pair excelente with shellfish of any kind, vegetarian delicacies, cured meat, and especially appetizers and snacks. Best prosecco for the price.
Winery: This off-dry, lemon yellow sparkling wine is overflowing with acacia blossom aromas and a fruit-forward palate of honeydew melon, lime juice and white peach; its enticing mouthfeel with fine bubbles makes it a refreshing aperitif.
The zesty acidity is a crowd-pleaser when paired with oysters, smoked salmon, or sushi.
