Dense and rich with a well-balanced herbaceous quality and spicy aftertaste The olives of the Uccelliera Estate are hand-picked to keep their aroma and fruity taste. The Correggiolo (Frantoiano) prevails while the Moraiolo and Leccino give the oil its softness.
