Pagos del Galir Valdeorras Blanco is 100% Godello produced from a selection of grapes from the A Malosa vineyard in the village of Éntoma, Valdeorras - a vineyard regarded of "premier cru quality and status". The wine is manually harvested in 15 kgs cases with cold maceration of the grapes in scale fridges and 4 month ageing on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, with good structure and full body thanks to its lees aging. A perfect pair for seafood, fish white meats or vegetables.
