    Our motto for this Babich Pinot Noir? Keep it simple. This delicious red has lovely dark fruit, just the right amount of earthiness, and a soupcon of spice. It's great every night of the week. Enjoy your first pour with a rustic pate de campagne, cornichons and a crusty, warm baguette. A terrifically easy entree after that is duck confit legs with leftover cranberry sauce. We had it two nights ago and it was a snap! Another simple yet tasty pairing is char siu pork soft tacos with chopped scallions. The spices in the pork marry beautifully with those in this Babich. If you're feeling a little more industrious, make it sauteed salmon steaks bathed in brown butter, smashed garlic and fresh thyme. Good luck choosing just one, winelovers!
