A Toast to Italy for Chief Members

Led by wine expert Dini Rao, founder of Life in Vino.

Dini has been leading wine tastings for over 20 years and has hosted wine tastings for British royalty and celebrities. For this tasting, Dini will take us on a journey to Central Italy.

We will begin our exploration with a refreshing, crisp white wine called Grechetto from Umbria. If you'd like to prepare some snacks for the tasting, this wine pairs well with a pecorino cheese, oysters or buttered popcorn.

Then we'll move on to Tuscany for a juicy Riserva Chianti and learn how to read an Italian wine label. This wine pairs well with salami, taleggio cheese and anything with mushrooms.
